Things to know about registers and vents !

In forced-air system,there are hot air registers an return air vents.There are three things to know about registers:

1. Never obstruct heat register with furniture,carpets,mats.

2. Balancing dumpers or louvers play important role in balancing your system.

3. The air vents are often found near the floor or near ceiling.From here ,cold air cycles back to the furnace trough the ducts,where should pass trough the filter.These vents should also kept clear.
