However , prices can vary geographically, and also differ depending on the home size,age,and other specific features.You will also pay more if you want "extra" inspection services, such as those involving pools,spas,landscaping, etc. Don't choose a home inspector based on price alone,though.You often do get what you pay for, and the lowest-priced inspector may also be the least qualified.
