Home ispection is Not an Appraisal !
Some people confuse Home Inspection and appraisal.An appraisal may involve an inspection of a property, but the goal of an appraisal is to determine the fair Market value of a property,rather then establish its physical condition.Appraisers will often find house problems and may call upon home inspectors to investigate situations that are unclear to appraisers.
