We believe that the home inspections are typically under-priced relative to their value in the real estate transaction.The amount of information provided to clients is amazing,irrespective of cost.When considered against real estate commissions,legal fees ,the cost of land surveys,appraisals,etc., the 300$ spent on a home inspections wonderful value.An inspection that cost a few hundred dollars more seems anything but great value.Nonetheless a, well performed home inspection usually generates feedback like this:
."That's the best money I've ever spent!"
."I've learned more about this house in three hours than i know about the house I've lived in for the last 15 years ".
